I specialize in integrative and holistic mental health therapy for people of all genders, races, neuro-differences, sexual orientations, religions and cultural backgrounds, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic pain and/or have had a history of trauma.

I provide tele-therapy to clients throughout CA.

 I also offer a free 20 minute phone or video consult to see if we're a good fit.
