"Somewhere beyond right and wrong, there is a garden...I will meet you there."
- Rumi
My clients are a profound source of inspiration for me, and I feel privileged and honored to be doing this work. With a sense of curiosity and respect, I work to support and guide you in your innate capacity for self-awareness, growth, and healing.

I've worked in the mental and developmental health field for over 16 years, and I've been in private practice for the past 9 years.
My theoretical orientation is based in the teachings from
Internal Family Systems (IFS) - parts work, and I also draw from
Polyvagal Theory,
and Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
Additionally, I've apprenticed with master practitioners in Nutrition and holistic living.
I am a life-long student of yoga and exercise and have a deep experiential knowledge of integrating breath work and exercise into a healthy lifestyle.
I practice through a holistic lens. What does it mean to work holistically? Well, emotions, thoughts, physical experiences, spirituality, cultural background -- these components work together to create the whole you.
Just by getting familiar with all these different parts of yourself, and noticing how they all weave together, can in itself be healing.
And getting to know these parts even more deeply brings self-acceptance, self-esteem, internal harmony and an upward spiral out of the problems of your life.
Therapy can feel difficult at times, so I provide you with tools to decrease uncomfortable symptoms in and outside of the therapy session.
I am looking forward to hearing from you and hope that I can be a positive guide on your healing journey.
