"Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul, be just another human soul"
-Carl Jung

I offer supervision and consultation for trainees, associates, and newly licensed therapists, who work with individuals and couples.

I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2013. Since then I've worked in a variety of settings, including agency work, clinic settings, online settings, ran process and psycho-educational groups and have been in private practice for the past 10 years.
Additionally, I have been trained in many models, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic based therapies, Polyvagal theory, and Internal Family Systems and other trauma-informed therapies.

I hold a holistic and integrative approach and my belief is that as long as we can create a safe, non-judgmental and curious space for our clients, we can better guide them in building a better relationship between themselves and their internal system of parts.
